Mayo School of Health Sciences is proud to host High School
Health Care Boot Camp. Our goal is to generate an awareness and interest for
the array of careers in health care for your youth through hand-on-experiences
as well as interaction to professionals of their respective fields.

Eligibility: High School Student / 9th
-12th grade
Date: Saturday, May 10th, 2014
Duration: 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Experience: Free of expense / Complimentary
lunch
Location: Stabile Bldg. North, 8th
floor - Multidisciplinary Simulation Center
Acceptance is limited and will be handled on a first-come,
first-served basis. Registration should be complete in its entirety to be
considered. Attached are the forms required for submission.

Essay: A brief student statement - “Why do you
want to participate in Mayo’s High school Healthcare Boot Camp?” (500 word
minimum)

Submission must be legible – typed is preferred
